Agreement between user and The Billionaires Concierge The Billionaires Concierge www.billionairesconcierge.org website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by The Billionaires Concierge ("The Billionaires Concierge"). www.billionairesconcierge.org is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of www.billionairesconcierge.org constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.
www.billionairesconcierge.org is an E-commerce Site The Billionaires Concierge provides luxury concierge-service, personal assistance, private jet charter, yacht charter, vip tickets, red carpet events etc.
Membership Rules
All Membership applications are subject to verification by the Billionaires Concierge. The Billionaires Concierge will notify you in the event that your Membership application has been accepted. Members must be at least 18 years old. Due to the exclusive service, the Billionaires Concierge is allowed to make a backround check of each applicant. The backround check includes a check of the valid personal information, address check, phonenumber check. With the permission of the applicant the Billionaires Concierge can request a liquidity and credit history check up. All datas will never be stored.
You are obliged to provide correct details when you apply for the Billionaires Concierge Membership and your failure to do so may invalidate your Membership and any subsequent transaction. Your responsibility to provide accurate information is a continuing obligation and you must notify the Billionaires Concierge in the event that any information provided by you changes.
Your Membership is personal to you. You are responsible for ensuring that no one (other than your personal assistant, where applicable) uses your Membership.
The Billionaires Concierge can cancel you membership at any time in without any reasons.
Access to and use of the Members section of the Billionaires Concierge website ("Site") is through a combination of user name and password and is reserved exclusively for Members. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password and you agree to notify the Billionaires Concierge immediately if you believe that there has been any breach of security (e.g. the unauthorised use of your name and password).
Fees
The Application is free of charge.
We have no monthley fees and no cancelation terms. Each member enjoys full freedom.
Our concierge-service is for members mostly free of charge except the wish is very extraordinary
and time-consuming. We only charge for third-party fees and only with your agreement.
We fullfill most of our researches in less than one hour.
Ticket Service is free of charge.
Restaurant Service is mostly free of charge except a restaurant or a third party broker calculates fees.
Night Club Service is mostly free of charge except a nightclub or a third party broker calculates fees.
Luxury Service: research and fulfillment of extraordinary request is one hour free of charge, after one hour it will be charged with 120 USD per hour with 30 min. calculation period.
Broker / Agent Account
An exclusive number of real estate agents, car dealer and luxury goods provider are allowed to list their products on our website.
The Billionaires Concierge will take a commission on each sale which is made via the website. Each agent must add at least 1% to each sale price.
Privacy
Your use of www.billionairesconcierge.org is subject to The Billionaires Concierge's Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.
Electronic Communications
Visiting www.billionairesconcierge.org or sending emails to The Billionaires Concierge constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Your account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that The Billionaires Concierge is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. The Billionaires Concierge and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
The Billionaires Concierge does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use www.billionairesconcierge.org only with permission of a parent or guardian.
Using the Billionaires Membership
You may only make requests by telephone, e-mail or through the Site, once you have been accepted as a Member.
The Billionaires Concierge will provide both the services described on the Site (from time to time) and concierge services at your request - that is you may request the Billionaires Concierge to provide or arrange any lawful, proper and moral personal service in relation to any personal needs or desires (including, without limitation, provision of information, access to events, activities and venues, and personal goods and services) (the “Services”).
The Billionaires Concierge reserves the right to withdraw any of these Services and/or to refuse to supply the Services requested.
If the Billionaires Concierge is unable to deal with any request, it will inform you as soon as reasonably practicable.
Suppliers are responsible for providing you with the services, products and benefits you select. the Billionaires Concierge will communicate with Suppliers on your behalf unless it is more appropriate for you to contact the Supplier directly.
Suppliers may impose their own terms and conditions and you are required to comply with these.
When ordering a product or service or accessing a benefit, you may be required to provide your Payment Card details. If you request and authorise the Billionaires Concierge to use your Payment Card in order to pay a Supplier for products or services, you acknowledge and agree that the Billionaires Concierge shall have no liability in respect of or be responsible in any way whatsoever in respect of the use of your Payment Card provided that the Billionaires Concierge acts in accordance with the instructions issued by you in relation thereto.
You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of booking, ordering or purchasing products or services are correct, that the Payment Card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product or the service.
From time to time the procurement or provision of certain services, products or benefits may incur a the Billionaires Concierge handling charge (of which you will be notified) - in these cases you hereby authorise the Billionaires Concierge to debit your Payment Card with any such handling charges.
The Billionaires Concierge may at your order purchase goods or services on your behalf. In the event that it acts as a credit agent in this regard, you hereby authorise the Billionaires Concierge to deduct the credit sum from your Payment Card within 30 days of the payment date. In the event that the Billionaires Concierge pays for the goods or services in cash, it shall be entitled to add any applicable credit card charges to the sum deducted from your Payment Card.
Unless otherwise agreed by the Supplier, you shall not be entitled to cancel any services requested where, on your instructions, performance has already begun.
If you use your Priority Pass Card at airport lounges then you hereby request the Billionaires Concierge to authorise Priority Pass to debit your Payment Card with the per person per lounge usage fee for you and any of your guests (*currently £15 per person, per visit). Please see the Priority Pass Card Terms and Conditions for further details.
Telephone calls to the Billionaires Concierge may be monitored or recorded for training and quality control purposes.
Travel Service
Any services including travel tickets and package holidays purchased through the Billionaires Concierge will be subject to the terms and conditions of the travel or holiday operator and the Supplier. Please note that the Billionaires Concierge is not an authorised travel agent or tour operator and only acts as an introductory agent on behalf of the Supplier. All rights and remedies you have are against the relevant Supplier.
Restaurant & Nightclub Service
When you use the restaurant booking Service you hereby authorise us to debit your Payment Card for any deposit paid by us on your behalf to the restaurant which is forfeited as a result of cancellation of the booking.
Tickets / VIP Tickets / Sold-Out Tickets
The Billionaires Concierge is engaged in the business of obtaining “very best tickets” for all sold out events either directly itself or through one of its ticket agent Partners. Please note that you are purchasing tickets above face value, which includes service charge(s) reflecting our costs and efforts in obtaining your premium seats.
All sales are final, no refunds or cancellations are issued after you have purchased your tickets.
In the events of show cancellations directly by the artist/promoter, only the return of the face value of the tickets can be guaranteed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
The Billionaires Concierge will deliver all tickets by courier or by insured shipping.
The Billionaires Concierge or its ticket agent partners usually despatches tickets within 2 days from the time of booking if the tickets are already in stock. However some events have posting restrictions and are not despatched until the week prior to the event taking place. On certain occasions, our representatives may have to deliver your tickets on the night of the show at no additional cost.
The Billionaires Concierge or its ticket agent partners reserve the right to upgrade tickets at no additional cost, to downgrade tickets (partial refund) or to cancel the order with a full refund
Products Purchased through the site
If the requested product or service is not available the Suppliers may offer you substitute products of a similar description and standard, but you may refuse the substitute products and receive a full refund.
All product or service descriptions have been approved by the relevant Supplier. the Billionaires Concierge is not responsible for inaccurate or misleading product descriptions. Products may differ slightly from the images shown although every effort is made to ensure that all product descriptions are as accurate as possible.
The Billionaires Concierge may from time to time offer special the Billionaires Concierge products or services for sale through the Site or the weekly newsletter. These products will be clearly specified as being supplied by the Billionaires Concierge in their description.
The purchase price of all products and services is due for payment on acceptance of your order by the Supplier or, if applicable, the Billionaires Concierge.
Returns and Damaged Products purchased through the site
Other than those Suppliers who supply products that are perishable, or are made to your specification or are clearly personalised for you, each Supplier offers a 7-day "no quibble" guarantee in relation to its products. If you wish to return the products for whatever reason within 7 days of delivery, you may do so provided that the products are unused and in their original packaging. You will be credited in full within 30 days of the Supplier receiving written notification from you that you wish to return the products. The Supplier reserves the right to charge for any damage or missing parts.

You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto.
You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the Site. The Billionaires Concierge content is not for resale. Your use of the Site does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. You will use protected content solely for your personal use, and will make no other use of the content without the express written permission of The Billionaires Concierge and the copyright owner. International Users
The Service is controlled, operated and administered by The Billionaires Concierge from our offices within the USA. If you access the Service from a location outside the USA, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the The Billionaires Concierge Content accessed through www.billionairesconcierge.org in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Billionaires Concierge, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. The Billionaires Concierge reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with The Billionaires Concierge in asserting any available defenses.
Liability disclaimer
THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. THE BILLIONAIRES CONCIERGE AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE SITE AT ANY TIME.
THE BILLIONAIRES CONCIERGE AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS CONTAINED ON THE SITE FOR ANY PURPOSE. Termination/access restriction
The Billionaires Concierge reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in New York in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and The Billionaires Concierge as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. The Billionaires Concierge's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of The Billionaires Concierge's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Site or information provided to or gathered by The Billionaires Concierge with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and The Billionaires Concierge with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and The Billionaires Concierge with respect to the Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent an d subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
Changes to Terms
The Billionaires Concierge reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which www.billionairesconcierge.org is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. The Billionaires Concierge encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
